PCR-TCX3 is an engineered composite repair system consisting of a multi-axial carbon fiber reinforcement and high-performance epoxy prepreg system. Applied by qualified installers and designed to ISO 24817:2015 and ASME PCC-2 using an in-house engineering program, PCR-TCX3 can be used for strengthening applications, internal and external corrosion i.e. Type A (Non-through wall) as well as Type B (Through wall) defects.
PCR-GX is an engineered composite repair system consisting of an epoxy adhesive primer, multi-axial E-glass reinforcement and a high performance epoxy resin system. Applied by qualiﬁed installers, and with repairs designed to ISO 24817:2015 and ASME PCC-2 using an in-house engineering program, PCR-GX can be used for strengthening applications, internal and external corrosion including leaking through wall defects.

Storage shelf life:
Unbalanced biaxial (0°,90°) 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber prepreg system.
PCR-TCX3 can cured at a lower temperature of 275°F / 135°C or can be cured at 350°F / 177°C for higher temperature service.
All geometries of pipelines, piping system and other components.
Allowable temperatures as per ISO 24817/ASME PCC-2 guideline is 150°C.
Tested to 295 bar – 80% external wall loss.
Reinforcement and resin system - 12 months at 25 OC
Cure A - 1°C /minute to 107°C and hold for 1 hour, then 0.6°C/minute to 135°C for 3 hours, follow by freestanding post cure for two hours at 177°C.
Cure B - 1°C/minute to 107°C for 1 hour, then cure at 177°C for 2 hours.
