PCT Appoints Oliver Rohde as Chief Sales Officer

Premier Composite Technologies (PCT) has appointed Oliver Rohde as Chief Sales Officer, strengthening its global commercial leadership at a time of accelerated growth across the construction and advanced composite materials sectors. Based in Dubai, Oliver brings over two decades of international experience spanning façade engineering, construction, and complex project delivery across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
With more than 18 years in the region, Oliver has built a reputation for delivering technically ambitious, high-profile projects and developing strong relationships across developers, architects, and engineering consultancies. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of a leading façade construction business, overseeing operations across the Gulf and supporting expansion into Saudi Arabia.
This appointment comes at a pivotal moment for PCT. Across the GCC, and particularly in Saudi Arabia, a new generation of large-scale developments is redefining what is possible in architecture and engineering. These projects demand materials and systems that combine performance, durability, and design freedom, areas where advanced composites are increasingly central.
