PCT PROJECTS
Prototyping is the most important process of product development and is one of the key factors to design an excellent product. Our dedicated team and production facilities for building 1:1 mock ups, prototypes and samples assists architects in the development of design and decision making on the selection of materials.
PCT worked closely with Snohetta to create a 1:1 prototype panel for the new 260m tower designed to mark the entrance to Ras-Al Khaimah (RAK). Architectural elements of the RAK design were featured in an installation that PCT exhibited at the 100% Design London.

The prototype composite roof panel designed by Foster + Partners for the Haramain Railway Station became a reality. The station is being built in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The complex panel design was manufactured using bespoke engineered advanced composites that are renowned for their lightweight and fluid properties.
